Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
